Suggested use
Dosage: Mix 1-2 slightly rounded scoops with 180-360 ml of skimmed milk or another drink of your choice. On training days, take at least double the daily dose, including one dose 45 minutes before training and the other between meals. On non-training days, take at least one dose per day between meals. For best results, use a blender or universal shaker.
