Creatine HCL

Creatine HCL works well because adding the hydrochloride group to creatine molina lowers the pH of creatine, making it more acidic, which greatly increases its solubility in liquids. You will notice this when you mix creatine HCL with water; it mixes almost instantly without sedimentation, without particles at the bottom of the glass. Any ingredients you have rushed to the bottom of a cup are ingredients that will settle in your intestines and not be properly absorbed. Water then enters the intestines, causing stomach upset and diarrhea. In the laboratory, creatine HCL has been shown to be approximately 40 times more soluble than creatine monohydrate.

Research also shows that when subjects consume the same amounts of creatine HCL and creatine monohydrate, creatine HCL is absorbed from the intestines approximately 60% better than creatine monohydrate.
